// Scope · the way in

Two weeks to a fixed price.

Every engagement starts here, because I won't fix a price on a problem I haven't seen. Two weeks, paid, credited if you proceed.

01

What it is

I read your material and talk with you and the two or three people who matter. The agents do the research and the synthesis. It ends in a written recommendation and a statement of work.

02

What it costs

A fixed fee, stated before you say yes. If you proceed, the full fee is credited to the engagement. If you don't, you keep the recommendation and owe nothing more.

03

How long

Two weeks, kickoff to written recommendation.

04

What happens after

For a founder, the rung that fits, usually the brand and the site. For a business owner, the site or the back-office tools. For a product team, Lead. The statement of work prices it and fixes it. Or nothing, and the document is yours.

// How engagements are structured

No rate card. Here is the logic.

The model, the cadence, the minimum, and the exit for every engagement. The price is set in Scope and fixed before work starts.
