// The archive
Forty years of teaching, locked in an old website.
The church's sermons went back decades, but they sat in an aging WordPress site with truncated titles, misattributed speakers, duplicate entries, and inconsistent series names.

// What I did
- 01A new brandA logo drawn from scratch, a full lockup family, navy and gold, Playfair Display and Source Sans 3, and six sections of written guidelines.
- 02The websiteTwenty-two pages, including a Gospel presentation with linked scripture, plus an editor so staff change service times without touching code.
- 03The migrationEvery record moved to SermonAudio with speakers, series, dates, and scripture intact. Several hundred recordings that failed mid-transfer were recovered from the original server.
- 04The cleanup toolkitSnapshot, audit, review, apply, roll back. Built with the agents and run eleven times until the archive was clean.
- 05The teaching libraryBrowse by series, teacher, book of the Bible, or topic. Search everything. A page for every message, series, and teacher.
- 06The handoffAn illustrated upload guide, an onboarding packet for the sermon team, and a runbook for retiring the old site.
// The agents
The library keeps itself current.
The sermon team uploads to SermonAudio the way they always have. Every night, agents pull the new messages in, file them under the right series and teacher, and publish them to the library. Nobody has to open the website.
